Summer is in full gear at the Janitz household! We've been busy riding bikes, reading, gardening and taking care of our obese Corgi, Sonny. We have him on a strict diet and exercise regiman. The vet said it was critical! We love that little guy and want him to stay around a while.
My own exercise regimen has been drastically changed as I am struggling with what I think is plantar fasciitis in my right foot. It is painful for me even to walk and it's making my hip inflamed as well. I go see a sport doc on the 19th. I may start swimming!
No plans to go camping for a while but we are keeping busy! Friday we're going to the Plymouth Art Fair, here in town and then Ellie's cousins come in from Colorado. And in a few weeks, we'll be heading out to California to visit my sister. I can't wait to show Ellie the city I fell in love with - San Francsico!
I'm really excited to share with you my first real "kit" in a while with elements and everything! LOL! As most of you know I am more at home designing grungy backgrounds and brushes, but this was really for me to create! And you have to check out all the gorgeous goodies at CatScrap for the Summer Catwalk!
Alfresco papers and elements are now 20% off at CatScrap this week! Here's a peek and if you use coupon code alfresco at checkout, it will take an additional 25% off either of these items!

Sounds like you all are having great times! Hope your foot gets well soon, Nan!
Your kit is beautiful, so summer-y! love it!

I love that your Corgi Sonny has a FB page! That's a hoot! I hope you don't mind I might do the same for my two Tzu Sisters (their Shih Tzu's). I use to have a corgi, too. They are famous for their appetites and their huge hearts! I would always walk mine and say it's for her health.. and mine too! Miss her. Corgi's are a special breed!
About your foot... I'm sorry to hear about it. I think that's what was going on with my co-workers foot. She plays soccer and would play three times a week but had to cut back to one. She went to an acupuncturist and it worked. I'll get back to you and let you know.

My co-worker did have plantar fasciitis. She went to her acupuncturist twice a week for six weeks. Just wanted to share.
